Orders in Peru are from 1 to 5 days. To other countries (3 to 10 days) depends on the logistics operator. There are delays due to measures against COVID19

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 45 days of the ship date

SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. No shipments are made on Sundays, international or national holidays in the case of Peru. All orders are shipped from Lima and the delivery time depends on where the order is shipped.
If you have selected international shipping at the time of payment, the total of your purchase will be calculated in the order. The shipping time period depends on the country we ship to. Tracking is available for packages shipped outside of Peru. Shipments are made through FedEx. There may be delays due to COVID19 restrictions.
Events outside the control of COLCA FABRICS SAC, which are not reasonably foreseeable, will be considered force majeure, which means that COLCA FABRICS SAC is released from the obligations to comply with the contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government actions or omissions, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or non-delivery by suppliers. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, bans, etc.
BIOSECURITY PROTOCOL (COVID-19)
At the moment we work with the indispensable staff. Our employees wear personal protective equipment and constantly disinfect their hands. We fully comply with the rules of cleaning, disinfection of environments and work areas.
RETURNS
We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within a maximum period of 45 days from the receipt of the order. Write us at [email protected] include the order number in the request email. The company will evaluate the case and give an immediate response.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item. Refunds will be for the price of the product and will be processed once the items purchased in our online store are received, in perfect condition and without signs of use.
